TO FRIENDS I HAVE COMPLETED 10 MONTHS IN NICC NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL COMPANY WORKED FOR QATAR PETRLIUM PROJECT FOR 80/VILLAS.I HAVE BEEN IN INDIA FOR EMERGENCY LEAVE FOR MY FATHER HOSPITALISED NOW MY VISA GET CANCELLED AND ALSO I HAVE RESIGNED THE CO.SO IWILL GET MY SETTLEMENT FOR THE 9/10 MNTHS OR NOT OR IS THERE SOMEONE FOR HELP ME FOR GETTING ME MY SETTLEMENT?

Per Labor laws; no entitlement if less than one year in employment BUT under management discretion if they desire to offer you something as Goodwill payment.

Gratuity is applicable only if you complete one yr. what other settlement you are asking for? you are eligible for your salary till the last day you worked.
