Calls from India to my qtel mobile number going to a strangers number?

Dear friends,

for the last 3 days incoming calls to my qtel mobile number from BSNL connections, India has been going to a stranger's number in Qatar. Could you advice how to solve this problem.

For me it's the otherway around. I have received several calls from India and Pakistan on my Q-tel (Hala) number. The caalers seem to be confused and I have no rlevance to these calls
