I imagine that if you leave without quiting you rjob and cancelling your RP, you will be taken to have left emplyment, and Qatar for good after 6 months (when the fines for late return would start to kick in). The the two year period would start. So by leaving on Vacation and not cancelling your RP you will be making the 2 year period into 2 years 6 months.
So basically your intention is to leave your present company??
If it is, be ready to get the ban for 2yrs..
Better talk to your employer about your motive and request for NOC or else it would be really difficult for u to enter QATAR again...
Rest depends on your choice.
i think u cant come back, as in 6 months, 1 entry must and if u left your job while u will out of Qatar, automaitcally 2years ban wil come to u.
