If it is, be ready to get the ban for 2yrs..
Better talk to your employer about your motive and request for NOC or else it would be really difficult for u to enter QATAR again...

i think u cant come back, as in 6 months, 1 entry must and if u left your job while u will out of Qatar, automaitcally 2years ban wil come to u.
