I just want to ask for extension the visit visa of my father in law can be renew by my brother but I am the sponsor, he finished the medical also. what will be the next step to extend the visa.
According to my experience 2 months before, It is not possible to exctend by some one else.
The sponsor should take the documents for the extension.
BUT, the rules are changing day by day here in qatar.
So, before 2-3 days of expiration, send your brother for the extension. Also provide him with a letter written as you requesting from the Visa officer that you sending your brother for the extension. and to cooperate with him. Cos incase if they refuse to give to ur brother ur brother can give this letter.
(make sure u put the name of sponsor as ur ID, ur brithers name and ID no, and also attached the ID copies of ur's and ur brother with it.)
