I've been working in OITC GROUP for the last 17 years. The owners of the company are very kind and all employees have excellent relations with each other. Above comments are either from the people sacked for not performing or any other reasons. So please don't believe such misleading statements.
Never join OITC GROUP based in Doha Qatar. It is one of the most unprofessional company in Qatar.aas per their website it looks versatile but it is just to mesmerize expatriates. Staffs are under qualified and most of managers are unprofessional and under qualified, they will make your life miserable. Operation head of OITC GROUP is Mohammad Al Obaidly, who is Managing director does not have business sense ,he is a cruel dictator.
Manager of Mechanical division ,Mr Ashok Sharma is on of the unprofessional employee of OITC GROUP,he knows nothing ,even product he deals with, but he talks very high never believe his word.
OITC is very big and renowed family business group in Qatar. They have more than 20 companies/JV. Their Mechanical group is very active across Qatar and even globally. You may compare OITC with any MNC in the world.
It is a diversified group and travel agency as well since we are dealing with them with our travels.
