Looking for a lawyer with experience in cases against Q-TEL
By steve2umar •
Hi,
I'm looking for a lawyer with experience in dealing with cases with local telecommunication companies such as Q-TEL against customer complaints.
Please PM me if you are one or if you know one.
Thanks in advance ...
Thank you very everyone for your concerns and comments. I do understand that this would be a long shot and it is increasing difficult to fight against such an organization with the backing they have. I have substantial proof to contest and am not afraid to use these proofs to see that justice prevails.
Of course, I may have to check if I'm able to stomach the costs involved in taking the legal path and there are many "what if's" as well.
Once again thanks a lot. Any more comments are welcome ...
Although I think it is a waste of time, but let me recommend the best law firm in town:

you will waste time and money. unless the claim is for millions, i dont think it is worth it.
best you can do is switch the operator - to Vodaphone

They will counter you with the pesky customer agreement you signed. You will just lose $$$s. No other positive outcome is going to come out of it. As per the agreement we sign with them they have all rights to annoy us with crappy service which they provide as their mercy. They will just label everything as force majeure and wash their hands at court.
waste of time dont try
Please call Qtel 180 and ask for name of Lawyers they will give you!
