Visa canceletion

Dear all i would like to kno i was in dubai 2 years and i went back to my country withut canceling my dubai visa this year march.and agin i came to qatar in may by free visa (three month)and now i found a job here but i would like to kno if did not canceled my dubai visa is it will make any problam to my new job visa in qatar?
ya i have residant wiza in uae.in it will untill 2012 auguest.but i leave the country on march 2011.now i m going to have work visa here so wht will be the prosider if like that
do you know when's the expiry of your visa in dubai? and which type? because if you had a resident's/working visa in dubai and you're gonna get the same one here in qatar, you'll gonna need to cancel it to acquire one here...
There is no problem u can get the visa in Qatar no need to cancel uae visa
