Ex-Terrorist Trains US Security Officials

After 9/11 many anti-terror expert surfaced and they were in high demand to train Homeland Security official. And those who claim to be an ex-terrorist or ex-muslim are in high demand. One such person is Mr. Shoebat. He trains secuirty official and cops. What does he teaches or preaches:

1) Terrorism and Islam are inseparable, he tells them.
2) All U.S. mosques should be under scrutiny.
3) All Islamic organizations in America should be the No. 1 enemy. All of them.

Homeland Security Department training security officials and cops or creating an anti-muslim/anti-islam security department. And how is it differ from Al-Qaeda's and Taliban ideology?

The point is, how does the State allow such things to happen..as this will cause further rifts between the communities causing internal turbulance, leave aside the external factors.
