LPRegardless of the govmnt stance "not that I support it", employees are not share holders they do their job and it is up to the mgmnt to make sure their salaries are available, when the mgmnt owners make the millions they can spare the peanuts they pay employees for a couple of months, instead of keeping the company in a debt like state all year.

The government doesn't pay bills on time, they usually refer to 'next year's budget. That's why some companies cannot pay their employees. So, who is un-Islamic in this Islamic country?

Do any of you think that the schmucks who delay paying their employees don't know it is 'unIslamic'???...

and what about those companies that delay for two, three and even four months. Must be really very, very bad.  If some of the workers who are subjected to this delays had access to QL they would have taken a copy of this article and pasted it in their general managers office.

So many things happening are 'un-islamic'!!!

Mjamal - what a poor and ignorant excuse! Do debtors and families wait to collect their money too, to eat and pay bills?
