about the salary they offer

QR1,800+400/month for bus drivers...
they offer me QR400 + 400 within 2 - 3 monhs while processing my license...
and after that i will start recieving a salary of QR1800+400/month is +400 is enough for food expenses?
its my first time to work abroad so pls i need your advise...
Drivers normally get QAR 1200-1500 per month salary . If they are offering you QAR 2200 it is good salary . But QAR 2200 must be from date of joining other wise no point joining and coming over , you will stay stuck on QAR 800 only !
Get the employment leter to state your salary clearly with annual vacation tickets , no of days = 30 , medical card and benefits if any .
Yet it is unfair paying 400 + 400 instead of agreed basic from the day one. Whose responsibility to process driving license for a over seas driver ? why should he loose part of his salary ? we have to answer to god for all these one day, thats it.
QR 2200 total is fine(average salary) for bus drivers. QR 800 during training period will cover your food expenses for as long they will provide you accommodation and transport.
