qtel bill
i have a landline with 1mb internet from like 45 days back .. now my land line says im suspended , propably coz i didnt pay, but what made me confused now that when i checked the online payment through qtel website i found out i hv outstanding of 1200+ QR !!!!! isnt the monthly payments should be 200 per month so for 2 months i should pay 400 + installation fees knowing that my landline is local only with no mobile calling subscription ... why it.s 1200 now ? any advice before i go and ask them and thier office ??

Pls dont call 111 and waste your precious time instead spend money and go directly to sort out on the spot. Calling 111," Dear customer all our agents are busy, Pls continue to hold , your call is recorded, your call is very important for us etc., music for u to relax and again same message repeatedly.................... by the time the agent responds, your neighbour has already gone sorted out and returned back peacefully. Qtel is 100/ correct in their rule so if you have any suggestion you need to pop in Qtel office and they will give you the break up
another victimmm,,,, like me...they will give explanation .. but u will not understand... and u can call 111 -- but wait 30 mts for them to pick...so remedy... nothing v can do.. itc monopoly...
qtel is known for these kind of things..we too have paid unnecessarily enormous bills..u better go there n get the details reg the bill n then try to settle it..
