Dear all,

Is it true that 2 years ban reduced to six months in Qatar?

Please look at the below website.

http://www.onlineqatar.com/living/employment-contract.aspx

scroll down and look under "Changing Jobs in Qatar" and see the below statement in Bold.

"worker should leave the country for six months before re-applying for a visa".

What does it mean? please clarify if somebody knows well.

Article No.4 of the Sponsorship law is still the same. There is a re-entry ban of two years if there is no NOC. You may ask this question in the below e-mail id.

If you ask this question in the Immigration they will tell you to go and ask those people who wrote it in the website.
