Cost of living Qatar (Doha) - Salary queries

Hi ,
Kindly help with how much i can save ? We are a family of 2 and expecting a baby next year.
I am being offered a job as a Project Manger for 31000QAR Total Package & in addition Child educational allowance- 30000 QAR.
How much would medical expense/Insurance and other components: Accomodation 2BR set Decent , Conveyance ,Car, TV/Internet, Food (Indian)with occasional eats at resturants cost.
Please help provided details
Indian people still asking how much is the price of soap detergent and toilet paper!!!. My goodness Dude! you are a Project Manager please give dignity to your position.
Do you think price of detergent and toilet paper will get much difference in different places?

Restaurants (once out in a week, Non Drinker/Non-Smoker): if normal restaurants. 500
Rent: 2BR APRT 6000 / Villa 13000
Electricity/Water Bills: 400
TV/Internet/Telephone: 1000
Fuel: 250
Health and Other Insurance: 300 per person
Car cost : Honda Civic/Toyota Camry ??? about 1700 for new? But good companies might provide a car.
Add Leave Travel expense: Flight, etc
if you want, you can save 10 to 15K. But if you want to live a 'life' then savings could even be zero ! All up to your life style.

water and electricity during the summer can go up due to heavy usage.
clothing...depends upon what you prefer, branded,....non branded stuff.
complete groceries per week can go upto 800. seriously.......dont ask questions such as cost of toilet paper and soap.
you say a baby is on the way, add another 1000-2000 for the baby expenses during the month.
health insurance should be provided by the company, if you take it seperately then add another 350 for each member of the family.
again, if you do a proper search here, you will find out easily the range of a good salary and how well you can live.
How expensive is clothing and other essentials Soap, detergent , tolet paper etc Per month other expenses ?? does Basic other amenities/necessities: 500 suffcice??

for the phone u need 1000
for the car about 1600 per month
no taxes

Are you quoting annual salary / allowance figures? - everyone here works with monthly figures.
310,000 is your annyal salary right?
