IT Salary Expectations

Hi All

I am an Indian national offered a job in Mannai IT co.
I am having an experience of 4-5 years in niche technology and offered the role of a leading a team of 15 people and taking care across deliveries of various projects .
2 years back I was in Saudi Arabia earning 13000/- Riyals a month salary and then moved back to INDIA. So after 2 years and quick promotions I am offered to manage a team of 15 ppl at Mannai.
I am expecting a salary of 20,000/QAR/month + accommodation.
Is it fair expectation or what should be my expectation?

Any help is really appreciated.
