tinapay : ask any ..senior staff, they are given the facility you are discussing, but now it is upto senior staff to ask their sponsor to give 'housing allowance' to junior staff as well. Then due to their selfishness & vested intrests, may be, some have to suffer even under the same generous sponsor..

ic...dont i have a choice but to shoulder my on housing?
Because it's cheaper for them to place you in their own accommodation than give you an allowance.
