Compensation: The take home Basic salary would be around 800 USD. Besides take home Basic Salary, these people would be entitled to Bachelor Accommodation / House Rent Allowance in lieu of it + Free local transportation for official purpose + Standard Benefits (annual Gratuity entitlement @ 21 days Basic Salary for every year of service put in, medical benefits, annual vacation of 30 days, annual return air ticket (which can also be encashed), etc.). They would also be able to earn monthly incentives in the range of 100 – 150 USD (on the conservative side).

I am waiting for an answer from an employer from Qatar,Doha who is proposing the details up-above for my salary. Please advice if it's OK for starters..let's say because I am leaving from Romania from a salary of approx 500 usd. Will I afford to live a decent life there and to have some remaining from my salary in order to send back home?
Thank you very much!

What is the offered job? 800 or 900 USD with accommodation and transportation for a Romanian seems quite low. If you are joining as Salesgirl you should atleast get USD 1100 + all the other benefits as mentioned by you.
