Sorry didnt see the part properly about the staff accommodation, if you are getting staff accommodation then their housing is good, ideally its one person in a room of two or three bedrooms, if you are NOT then However like we said its expensive here as well and will be difficult to make ends meet. Choice is yours either negotiate for a higher salary or take the offer.

BIG NO NO FOR SUCH SALARY.... you will regret if u accept. the minimum salary in this country with allowances should be not less than 7000 (at least)... dont think about it, the salary is sh*t. u deserve a better opportunity..

If you come here for that salary and package you will be kick yourself when you arrive. You will find it very difficult to make ends meet, the living conditions will not be pleasant and you may find yourself trapped here by a contract for some time and unable to leave.

Don't undersell yourself.

Its a very low pay, in 1500 you will get a tiny room in a villa shared by 10 other people, think about the other expenses you will have, food, clothes, entertainment, travel, phone bills etc etc...you wont be saving anything!

You salary package is peanuts my dear. I heard a lot of complaints about salary scale. Living standard here is so expensive. You better stay put in Dubai. There's more life there than here.

not judging you by your written english (but your english is just great-at least for me) but from what i can see, you deserve better, alot better for your basic salary with higher accomodation allowance. living with strangers is fine but not living with more than 5 strangers in 2 bedroom house. standard of living here is very high...

The thing is what kind on nationality you are ?

Because Qatari companies separate people by from where they are and then what kind of education for that job you have. Compare your salary in Dubai and what they give you now and other opportunities and you will get answer.

You will need much better salary. Cost of living here higher then Dubai. And shared housing is not good. Would you really want to live with up to 8-10 ppl in a 2bedroom place?

Let's see other comments, and I am sure they will agree you should ask for housing allowance of at least 4000. What can you rent for 1600 unless you share with strangers.???

Best wishes
