Calculation of Basics

Hello everyone..i just want to know if how much the calculation of the basics which i've been working for 8 years here in Qatar.

I work for 8years and 8 month's and my basic is 1,500QR from 2004 to august 2012. just want to know how much i will get..and i heard it's 21 days calculation for 5 years i stay and 28 days calculation for the 3 years..is it in the law to calculate like this? please help me before i will sign a new contract..Thanks!!

one month for every year worked based on your last salary.
