Do anyone Care about Employees here ?

In Qatar one of the main issue is Labor rights, I have read few post on www.dohanews.co regarding the labor issues,

Why the labors are depressed in a Muslim country ?
Why the companies fore more pressure on the Employees with out any fear ?
Why they are treated like Slaves ?

I could say more....

I do not blame any authorities bcoz I have read the labor law document & National Human Rights Committee document they are perfect on my eyes.

But why the employers are allowed to be like this to the employees ?

Allah says in the Qur'an.

"Give just measure and weight, nor withhold from the people the things that are their due; and do no mischief on the earth after it has been set in order."
(Al-A`raf 7:85)

Islam encourage employers to give employees their rights, and not only Muslims but all other people from different religions. Moreover, Islam acknowledged natural rights for workers as citizens in the community and passed many regulations that allowed social equality and the possibility of a decant life for them and their families.

Still why don't an Islamic country does not care about their employees in action.

Bro.My statement may disturbed you but truth never see how you react. Islamic doesn't mean 5 times Salah in office timings,Zakath,Allowing people to leave office early when your Fasting,or not taking tax in your salary. Its Very Broad area which was followed our khulafa. You never find at present time now.

Just Now Our spoke about his problems of employers this is enough evidence to say where we are living. And of course i can at least that Qatar is best place for to follow Islam. In other hand its on a path of modernization which no body can stop. Qatar wish to become center point in face of earth its creating its own existence. For that it has to sacrifice some values.

Bro You can ask this question to ISLAMIC country not to QATAR.There Is not even one inch land on face of the earth Which is Islamic.

If that the case Qatar Govt must have a training or any program for Muslim and non Muslim employer to explain what are the laws according to Islamic system.

We are here of all nationalities who took all dirty things from our countries and leave here.

Until unless you wont fear with your creator no law can restrict you. However laws made by humans which can be easily broken by another human
