Medicine for maintenance (INSULIN) "Part of Staff Medical Benefit?"

One of my colleagues suffers from DIABETES. and he is giving all his invoices for his medicine even for insulin which i feel is out of company's responsibility.

any body knows the LAW related to Staff Medical Benefits? Please advice...
