End of service not received.

Hi All,

I am in critical situation, My employer sent me a termination letter during my annual vacation and canceled my visa, so I was unable to travel back to Qatar. My Employer wrote on my letter your 5 Years end of service will be transferred to your bank account but its been 4 months and they didn't pay my end of service yet.

Can anybody tell me how can I take a legal action from out side the Qatar? and what is the possibility to get my money.

OR is there any source I can push labor dept to take a action against company?

Your answers and help is appreciated in advance.

Thank you,

my friend your company can't cancel your RP while you are out of the country , so if your RP valid you can enter qatar and the official cancellation will be in your Passport .

If your company is not willing to pay, a visit to that company by your friend will not help much. He will be just wasting his time. If you can make it to Doha, you can take the matter to the Labor Office. Alternatively, see if you can get hold of a lawyer in Doha and seek his advice. You may be able to find the contact details of some of them through Google.

Ask one of your friends in Doha to start a regular follow up with your company until you receive the EOSB.

If you happen to visit Doha, you can visit the Labor department, street # 13, Industrial area, who would help you get the release of your EOSB.

As far I know your company can't cancel your visa without your concent, then it's against the lab out law and contract. If your visa is valid in your passport you can return to Qatar.
