Qatar ID number changed due to new passport. How to renew expired Driving License which is in Old ID Number.

I am back to Qatar after 5 years. I had a Driving Licnese before and it is expired on 2016. My new Qatar ID is recently generated and the number is different from the old ones due to my New renewed passport.
Kindly advise how to renew my old driving license which is in my Old Qatar ID number.
I have visited the Traffic department and they told go to Immigration department to make link of Old QID with my New QID. I approached Immigration department, but they told to make the Visit in company slot (After 1PM). As individual we cannot enter inside immigration in company slot and we need go with PRO. I am trying for it.

The issue is, I dont have the old Qatar Driving License. I gave it in Oman Traffic department and obtained Oman Driving License. I had that Original License with me.
Just take your old driving license along with your new QID to the Traffic Police head office and they will update the information in their system. There should be no issues in this. However, if you face any problem, talk to the captain. They are very helpful and understanding people.
