Especially when you are starting a new job, which is exciting as well as daunting at the same time. These one-on-one meetings provide a great chance to connect, learn, and grow professionally. Here is a simplified guide to help settle those nerves and let you navigate these meetings professionally and effectively.
Getting ready for it
- Understand your goals
Be clear about what you want to achieve in the meeting. It could be clarifying a task, an assignment or even your job role. Seek guidance in these meetings or use this time to share updates on your work.
