Can anybody help
Our life plan has just been forcibly changed for us (which happens)We have two dogs that we now need to rehome. We are having to leave Qatar a lot sooner than anticipated and move to Australia and rent, which leaves our dogs in trouble. Tilly was a QAWS dog, she is a German Shephard, the most beautiful natured and placid dog imaginable. She is good around other dogs, great with kids. She has a heart murmer which means she likes to sleep a lot and loves to go on short walks. She is scared of walking in the dark and forgets you when you go on holiday. She was in a vechile accident before Qaws rescued her so may end up with arthritis later on. She is approximately 4 years old.
Fleece is my daughter's dog, she is still coming to terms with the fact she will have to stay. Fleece did not produce antibodies from her first rabies vaccination so they length of time she would be away from us, even if we could take her is just cruel. Fleece is a cream toy poodle, "rescued" from a very dodgey pet shop when she was nearly one. She was a 3kg bag of bones and really didn't like men. She takes a little while to get used to new people but has improved so much since December when we got her. She needs to go to a family that has someone home most of the day, she is very affectionate, likes to follow you around all day and sit on your lap when you sit down and sleep on your bed. Luckily she is finding that a bit hot at the moment because it is really hard to type with a dog on your knee.
If anyone knows anyone that could adopt these great dogs please let us know. Both dogs are of course fully vacinnated, wormed, frontlined and spayed. They are even microchipped. It's been a horrible decision to make but if we can find someone who loves them as much as we do it might make this a bit easier. We can be reached on 458 2479
