Employer vs employee

Dear All,

I would humbly request for any advice..

One employer begged me to provide qualified masons for him and I requested one passport copy from my home country and he took it and legally applied for his visa and he came in to Qatar and he has been working for him for the past three months, It is also noted that this employee paid his flight from his home country.

Now this employee has been working and and he is not paying his slaries nor has booked him for medicals.

This employee has reported him to human right and they human  right has told the employer to comply and do what he is supposed to do first by refunding his flight ticket from home! and book him for his medicals..

This employer is on my neck telling me to pay his employee ticket from home and he has never given me money.

He has also threaten by sending me a text mesage that if I do not give the ticket he will take action against me??

Is the is possible  or legal that an employer  is asking me to pay the flight ticket to his employee??

Please help..

There is nothing the employer can do. The employer brought him into the country so he is responsible.
