Qatar is quite a conservative society and therefore to be honest, I think you would have a hard time finding a host family.
If you did, they would be outgoing and would probably communicate in English
An option I would consider ismailki :) but! Wonder how many people would accept work in exchange for language study here.
Better to try for a job as maid in a Native Arabic speaking family.
