Compass International School Doha (CISD) opened in September 2006 to provide great learning for the growing number of international families in Doha, Qatar. Today, CISD's enrolment comprises over 700 students from over 50 countries on three campuses.

The Gharaffa Campus is situated in the Al Gharaffa district of Doha, close to the newly developed and prestigious Education City. The campus serves students aged 3 to 11 (Early Years to Year 6), and includes a swimming pool, a large multi-purpose hall, a five-a-side football pitch, English and Dutch libraries, a computer suite, language rooms and classrooms. The main building is a former royal palace.

The Madinat Khalifa Campus, located about 10 minutes from the Gharaffa Campus, opened in September 2010 to accommodate the growing number of students and to offer additional Secondary Classes. The campus takes students from Year 1 to Year 11 (ages 5 to 15), and includes specialist rooms for science, music, art, ICT and languages. Additional facilies planned for the site include a new Sports Hall and Swimming Pool.

The Rayyan Campus has now been reopened as Compass International Kindergarten catering for students aged 3 to 5 only (Early Years 1 and 2). There are classrooms, a specialist IT room, library and plenty of spaces for play. Additional classrooms and a Sports Hall are planned.

Compass International School Doha currently provides education for students from Early Years to Year 11. The school’s long term commitment is to offer education up to Year 13. Our primary school students follow the award winning International Primary Curriculum (IPC) supported by the National Curriculum for England for English and Mathematics. In the secondary school, we follow an adapted version of the National Curriculum for England followed by the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE). We intend to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme for university entrance.
