“Belluschi had has two offers, one from England and the other from one unnamed club in Qatar worth 23m euros,” added the report.

Belluschi, 24, recently was made captain of River Plate. His best position is as an attacking midfielder, or playing just behind the forwards as a link between midfield and attack - although his playing attributes are suited to a more wide position.
The international star started playing professionally at Newell’s Old Boys in 2002, with whom he won the 2004 Apertura championship.
He then moved to River Plate in 2006
