Panasonic, after keeping a respectful (or maybe shocked) silence has just confirmed that the world's largest full HD plasma display, its very own pride and joy 103-inch model, was smashed a few weeks ago.

Panasonic had this to say in a press statement:
At the conclusion of CeBIT while Panasonic was bumping out the 103-inch Plasma, when lifted using a forklift the Plasma fell and was irreparably damaged. The Plasma was fully insured and Panasonic has other exhibition units.
