Chinese designer Yun Liang has come up with the Scroll Phone design as a means of utilizing the forthcoming flexible displays. scroll cellphone takes its inspiration from how traditional Chinese paintings are unfurled.

When not in use, the display neatly rolls into the tube. All numeric key functions remain tactile running along the side of the scroll as opposed to touchscreen. This makes it possible to use without having to unroll the screen.
