I would like to add here that no Pakistani Restaurent operating here in Doha knows how to cook BIRYANI.... which is the most popular and most fastest running item all over the country in general and Karachi in particular! I am from Karachi and know exactly how the Biryani should taste like.... but most of the restaurent owners bring chefs from Punjab side, who absolutely DO NOT know the gist of BIRYANI!.... I tried, Zouq, Qutba, Sara.... none of them cook BIRYANI as it should be in real!
