NOBU DOHA ANNOUNCES FRIDAY BRUNCH DOHA, QATAR (January 11, 2016) – Nobu Doha, the acclaimed restaurant by renowned chef Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa, is ushering in the New Year with the debut of the highly anticipated Friday brunch. Located at the marina of Four Seasons Hotel Doha, Nobu Doha’s brunch service will commence on Friday, January 15, 2016. “Brunch is such an integral aspect of any culinary journey,” said Layne Nguyen, General Manager of Nobu Doha. “Not only are guests treated to incredible cuisine with a wonderful tasting-style menu, but the Friday brunch allows for an ideal ambiance to gather with family and friends and reconnect over a magnificent meal, matched by a stylish setting.” Offered every Friday, from 12:30-4:00 p.m., the Friday Brunch features Nobu’s signature a la carte dishes and desserts, including favorites such as the spicy chicken tacos, the famous black code miso, wagyu rib eye with anticucho and shrimp tempura amazu ponzu. The White Pearl lounge will also feature an assortment of lavish stations, including oysters, foie gras, and ceviche, while fresh sushi and sashimi will be served at the sushi bar station. The Nobu Doha Friday Brunch is QAR 355 per person for non alcoholic drinks and QAR 475 per person for special beverages which includes Japanese special drinks and bubbly.
