A new Ponderosa just opened out in the Industrial area, on Salwa. It is about four roundabouts out from Ramada Junction / Cholesterol Corner, and on the right as you head out of the city.
While there are only 12 paved parking spots, there is a huge amount of empty rocky land where cars can also park and avoid all the congestion and traffic of the Ponderosa at Cholesterol Corner.
They have a large buffet, and lots and lots of booths.
