Hi guys, Have u ever been to Al-Ghariya Resort? is it worth spending a weekend there?

Fine if you are in a group. I think it was QAR 1,500 per night. The interiors are however of very poor quality - furniture looks like they've picked it up from the junkyard.

I guess having restrooms and privacy are the plus points of Al Ghariyah resort. When the tide is low - the area outside the villas are a good place for scraping up some mussels. My preference now is to camp outside in a group

Now it is closed for renovation,they will reopen only after two months from now.

Gr8 place to go with your family & Friends. If you are lucky you will see dolphins as well.

i went there last October and it was closed for maintenance works, and i don't know if it is open now

Very beautiful place you can really enjoy, if you go to underground of the villa (it is 3 floor villa like, underground, ground Floor and 01st floor) you can see BBQ area than keep 5 to 6 steps you will enjoy with see view like s/pool its very beautiful, try once, and also you can make your own food.

Yes, we have visited (6 families), we had taken one big villa, reached there by 3pm and we left next day afternoon.

We had taken all ingredients to cook, they gave us the vessels,gas etc etc.

We had very good time.If you go one or two families, i dont know how you would enjoy
