Any Qatar Airways Crew going to Algiers this week?

I wonder if anyone can help me.
My uncle has my wife's Criminal Record Certificate in Algeria and we would like to know if someone can bring it back with them. It's a A4 piece of paper. We cannot risk sending it with DHL or anyone else, because things were lost before. Let me know if you can help.

Xceptional and Undone; if you read my text again. you will see that...items were lost with courrier services before and YES I prefet using a complete stranger, they are as much a stranger as DHL, also it took a month to get this certificate done. From the Courthouse in Constantine, to the Ministry of Justice to the ministry of Foreign affairs, so I do not think DHL can replace it or make another one for us.

Rather use DHL, FEDEX, UPS, ARAMEX, ETC than to put personal documents in hands of a stranger that u might never see. don't ya think!

At least with a receipt you can claim the lost item, and believe me rarely happens if you are using private mail services but how would you claim it from a stranger.

Hi there,

I am currently in Algeria for my annual vacation and I will get back on the 3rd of August.

I can bring the document with me if they bring it to the airport.

Just let me know.

People used to send more precious & important items by courier than "Criminal Record Certificate" etc..

I am really suprised seeing your non-confidence in courier services in general and DHL in particular !!

You mean if there is something important like "Criminal Record Certificate" to be sent, one should go personally to deliver it to the destination otherwise just dont send it whatever will be the loss !!
