Yes Mehfil is right about the name of the place but finding a cave in that area is like looking for a needle in a haystack. In my two decades in Doha I have yet to see a mountain let alone rock formations that will suggest a possibility of a cave. Maybe a meteorite hole in the desert.
Guys Mehfil is right,there's a village called Umm S'lal ali next to Umm salal mohd., along the Al khor road ( left side ) but I never heard about the caves.

its a cave and known as musfer sinkhole. But it is not located in Umm Salal Ali.
