My friend is planning to go this weekend to Dubai and the Profession stated on her ID is "Head of Accounts". Can she have the Dubai Visa on Arrival or does she need to get the visa from here.

Also, what are the requirements for those on Family visa? Are they eligible for Dubai Visa on Arrival as well?

yes, she and her family will get visa on arrival at Dubai International airport

Her profession is eligible for getting visa in arrival, but she has to take care that her residency here valid not less than 6 months.
