anyone checked the coordinates?
when i look in Gooogle Earth, I find myself southwest of Al Khor.
Thought it was just south of Fuwairit.
Al Jassasiya: follow al shamal road. From landmark mall it's about 63.5 km. Turn right at sign to Al Huwaila (see a mosque). then follow 8.4 km. Turn left and drive 3 km.
Bat cave: did you mean karst cave?

Dukhan? Just follow Al Rayyan road or Kalifa & Al Luqta street to the west!

Julius, if you had bothered to open the link Baldrick gave you - you then would have found a map that would have helped you .
Also you can use Google Earth to find the places as well.
