Hajj 2012
As Salaam Alaikum
I am planning to go for Hajj this year with my wife (Inshallah). I am posting this so that we can share information with others who all want to go for Hajj this year. What I know is that we have to apply for Hajj through website http://www.hajj.gov.qa/HajRegistration/Arabic/
All Expatriates have to apply from 1st Ramadan till 20th Ramadan. Then the committee will inform successfull applicants through SMS. Next step is to finalise Tour Operator of your choice and complete the procedure by informing the Hajj committee about the tour operator (Please correct me if I am wrong).
Now what I dont know is who are the good tour Operators in Qatar, so please share your experice / information regarding the Tour Operators and any other information relevant for the Hajj 2012.
Jazakallah Khair...
Salaam..

Off course By Air is more suitable and comfort for everyone, but it cost you more. Some peoples are can not afford air tickets so they travel by road. If you can afford go by air.
* If you have by visa by air you can’t travel by road and same if you have visa by road you cant travel by air, you have to decide before Appling visa.
I just arrive in Qatar Last year (In March), can I go for Hajj this year? As per Hajj requirement at given web site minimum stay of 3 years in Qatar is required. I asked some my colleagues in my company they said it is by law but practically people are going on Hajj even just arrive and get RP. Can any body confirm?
I would like to ask one more question, what is better, to go for Hajj by Air or by Land?
