You can contact Qatar Indian Islahi Centre - QIIC (http://www.islahiqatar.org) for Hajj and Umra services. They conduct Umra trips frequently, say 5-10 times a year. So, mostly, you can find one trip a year. They provide guidance throughout, but the problem is that the services are mainly provided to the Malayalam speaking Indian community. Tel: 4358739 Office is in the Bin Mahmoud area, very close to Badriya Signal.
