I plan to perform Hajj

I have 2 small kids 2 and 4 years old and i am planning to perform Hajj without them because they are too small and we may not be able to concentrate on our aim.

Hence i am planning to keep them with my brother and in laws in Dubai and go by bus or fly from Dubai to Mecca and return back to dubai( 15 days) then come to doha ....

Can this be possible???? if not then could you please advise the best option...

I dont want them in india or doha because i dont have any close relative / friend here..

Also can I travel with my parents for umrah when they are on visit visa???
