Query regarding Dukhan Beach

By AussiePaki

Hello all, I have some questions prior to visiting Dukhan Beach on the coming weekend:

1) Is Dukhan Beach a private or public beach, meaning that can anyone go there or not?
2) Tell me directions to go there from Doha City Centre?
3) Is it clean and good for swimming or not?
4) Is it okay to go there with a family on Friday or Saturday, or will it be too crowded and filled with laborers?

Thank you all in anticipation.

dukhan beach is not as good as before. now too many garbage are scattered around.the water and beach is nice itself but the surroundings it's very untidy which makes the area not appealing anymore.we've been there last weekend but we are planning to go to al ghariya next week which i heard that it's better than dukhan.
