TRAVELLING FROM DOHA TO DUBAI BY ROAD

I would like to your have your Precious Advices in regards with Travelling from Doha-Dubai with Family by Road.
1.) I have a Saloon Car Brand New ( Through Bank Installments)
2.) Do i need my Sponser Letter for Travelling by Road to Dubai.
3.) Do i need Exit Permit/ Khurooj for Travelling by Road Also.
3.) Do i need to Approach to Dubai-Saudi Embassy in Qatar for Visa/ Transitt Visa Purposes.
4.) How much does it cost for Each & every Procedure.
5.) Is the Paper work/ Travelling Documents take long time to be Approved or Done at the same time.

Unfortunately expats will no longer be able to travel across the border if they have a lean (Loan) on there vehicle. This is a recent law passed this month.
As for your other questions, yes you will need exit permit, yes you will need to apply for transit visa for saudi, and yes you will need a NOC from your sponsor....As for costs, I am not sure since it's been a while since I traveled by road, but the transit visa for Saudi can run you a easy 20-50qr per person, and exit permit is 10qr per person.
