hi good day

i am working in a private company for 6 yrs and within that year i only went for a vacation once.now iam going for a vacation on a second time but my company is not giving me the full amount of the round trip tickets worth which in my contract it is emphasized that the company will shoulder the amount. the company is only giving a limit of 2210 riyals which in fact the cheapest flight will cost 3300 (doha-manila-doha). thank you. hope that you can give legal advice.

You should insist whats in your contract.. Goodluck! hope you get what you need and deserve after six years...

Check your contract. If it says the company will give you a ticket, ask for the ticket. If it says they will pay you the cost equivalent ask for the booking reference and check the flight cost.
