As salammualaikum

I've call the saudi embassy for get visa to umrah but they said the visa have to contact with agency. Can you advise me for any agency. And i want to know about the document that need to submit for the visa ( my nationality is thai and i got the RP , I want to go by bus ) . If anyone have more information please advise me
