I would like to kayak in the Corniche area and was wondering if there is any rules about being in the water there? Who would I contact about it?

might try the Intercon, I know they have water sports available.

don't you need rough waves and currents and white bits on waves to do that?
as long as its not a motorized no permission is needed to be in the water
