Gosh I love all food.Arabic, persian, indian, japanese my favorites. And European contemporary dishes are like soul food to me.
however I detest overpriced and too extravagant ingredients. Extravagance leads to Pride and Arrogance. And kibr is a characteristic of disbelief...

Turkish Central is Best @ AL NAsar Street
Nicest thing I've ever tasted was the Mongolian BBQ at the Beach Club in Abu Dhabi. Oh, for some of that right now..

I'm vegetarian so it was cool as I could choose exactly what to have.. yum yum.
