At last my gear has arrived and along with it my old kayak.

The weather is cooling off and now I want to be out on the water.

There used to be a regular surf ski group at the Diplomat Club but I understand that is no loner running.

Also seeing a lot more canoes for sale in the malls.

So is anyone out there kayaking or are all these boats just sitting in garages??

Let me know if anyone is intersted in meeting up?

I'm sure we can organise a beach barbi as well.

yes there are a few kayakers out here. there are 3 of us on facebook so far. just search qatar kayakers. sorry to hear about your kayak

not too many it seems.

Doesnt matter for the mean time as my kayak is now dead. It got killed in a drive by assasination at the week end. (it was ran over in the car park).

I am now looking for a new one.
