For anyone interested I do private boxing lessons in my appartment in Najma, I have lots of space. I have the equiptment needed. If you have your own gloves though it will be better.

60qr per lesson

I used to teach in the uk and have trained with an ABA champion. I concentrate on technique first, once this has got to a good level I concentrate on fitness, but with boxing at every stage its great fitness. But once the technique is good we can step up the fitness.

For bookings please phone 33580023

Where do you practice yoga? At home or elsewhere? I only know one yoga center and it's a bit expensive imo.

I've gone to Qatar and I don't know any fitness gym there. Luckily one of my friend recommend me a gym near my place where I stay. I'll be on Qatar the next week for the upcoming mayweather vs guerrero fight.

Shahzad, yeah, I thought of FF too. but before anything, i would have to pay for the membership fee and an anual fee, which doesnt sound affordable.. everytime I would have to miss a class I would think of wasting money because you paid for everything.. :( its too costly..

Yes. I am thinking of going to corniche for a walk.. :) I actually enjoy sports, I was a varsity when I was in highschool, then got bloated when i stopped playing volleyball. hahaha! I pretty much enjoy sports, that way, i will not notice weight loss because I enjoy what im doing.. because when i do pure exercises like jogging, treadmills, or weight lifts, I tend to lose focus or attention so fast.. :( I dont enjoy it.. thats why im looking for sports complex..

Rambee...PCO is curable. As u rightly said loosing weight will really help to solve this issue. Mix your workouts with different activities try yoga...it really helps. Rather walking treadmill, goto corniche for a natural walk.

rambee, visit aspire and ask about their evening sports activities. bring your passport or qatar id because you need to register before you could avail of their multifacted sports activities.

you pay a minimal fee monthly because aspire is subsidized by the government.

some sports they have include boxing, swimming, various ball games, yoga, and others.

one good thing about their evening program is that each sports class has a professional instructor dedicated not merely to teach but also to ensure student health and safety.

i will go to aspire than enrol in any other chic gym here in qatar. Good luck!
